Why we started

The Move Group was founded in 2022 on one idea. Agents deserve better.

The old brokerage model is fading, and most agents feel it. The physical office, the floor time, the desk fees, the constant pressure to build the company's name instead of your own. Buyers don't find agents that way anymore. They find them online and through people they trust.

So we built the brokerage around that reality. We help you build your reputation, not ours. We give you the tools and the support, then we get out of your way. That is the whole bet. Everything below follows from it.

The progression is the whole point. As you grow, the brokerage takes less, not more. A new agent gets the support they need at 70/30. Close ten deals and you move to 85/15. The established agent who doesn't need much from us keeps nearly all of it.

Most brokerages reward your tenure with a bigger cut for themselves. We do the opposite.

We reinvest in you

A portion of every transaction goes straight back into tools, training, and resources. Not as a slogan. As the reason a 70/30 agent becomes an 85/15 agent. When you grow, we grow. That only works if we put it back in.
